These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BillCreate mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BillCreate is a tool for creating, storing, and sharing bills and invoices. The App runs entirely on your device. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as a payment intermediary.
BillCreate does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. The GST calculation feature is provided as a convenience only. You are responsible for your own tax filings, regulatory compliance, and any disputes with customers or tax authorities.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillCreate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. You can erase all stored data before uninstalling via Settings → Delete Account & Data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
