Open any bill and tap the Share button. Your phone's share sheet will open — select WhatsApp (or any other app) to send the bill as an image.

How do I generate a PDF? ▼

Open any bill and tap "Download PDF". The PDF will be generated on your device and you can save or share it from there.

Can I add GST to my bills? ▼

Yes. When creating a bill, tap the GST toggle and enter your GST percentage. BillCreate will calculate the subtotal, GST amount, and grand total automatically and display the breakdown on the bill.

How do I change the app language? ▼

Go to Settings and tap your preferred language. BillCreate supports English, हिन्दी, ગુજરાતી, मराठी, தமிழ், తెలుగు, and বাংলা.

What happens if I delete the app? Will I lose my bills? ▼

Yes — since BillCreate is local-first, all data is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes all bills and data. Before uninstalling, use Settings → Delete Account & Data to confirm, or share/save any important bills first.

How do I add a bill prefix like "INV-" to my bill numbers? ▼

Go to Settings and enter a Bill Prefix (e.g. INV or BP). Your bills will then be numbered as INV-1001, INV-1002, etc.

How do I delete all my data? ▼

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account & Data". This permanently removes all bills, customer records, and profile information from your device.

How do I mark a bill as paid? ▼

Open the bill preview and tap the payment status badge (Unpaid / Paid / Partial). You can cycle through the statuses or tap to set a specific one. The home dashboard shows your total paid revenue for the month.
